MasTec Prepares for Hurricane Wilma and Subsequent Customer Storm Restoration Activities

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ) today announced that its Coral Gables corporate offices will be closed Monday, October 24, due to hurricane Wilma which is passing through South Florida.

MasTec has been preparing for the storm and is ready to help its communications, utility and government customers restore service. MasTec crews will be mobilized as soon as the weather permits safe working conditions for employees. Currently, MasTec has restoration and construction crews positioned all around the areas of potential impact.

The corporate office is expected to be open again on Tuesday, October 25, if weather and storm aftermath conditions permit.
